The iLEAD program prepares Next Gens for future success in their career and families by immersing next-generation leaders, entrepreneurs and wealth creators in real-world applications to foster global, intergenerational business opportunities and the transfer of cultural values and knowledge. Through direct interactions with current wealth creators, corporate CEOs and successful entrepreneurs from some of the world’s fastest-growing companies and engaging discussions with faculty from the best universities in the world, iLEAD creates more impactful, visceral and memorable learning situations than classroom instruction alone.
iLEAD – the Intergenerational Leadership Entrepreneurial Accelerated Development Program – is a one-of-a-kind, extraordinary global leadership development and networking program for executives and entrepreneurs from American, Chinese, and other international family enterprises. As the US and China become increasingly interconnected, it’s more critical than ever to possess the tools, skills and global network of peer leaders to successfully tackle tomorrow’s global business challenges. iLEAD is the only program of its kind, and prepares both American and Chinese legacy family leaders as well as other first-generation entrepreneurs for future global success through networking and collaborative learning, with events in both the US and China.
A collaboration in the summer of 2015 between CKGSB, Cornell University, US China Partners Inc. and Next Opportunity Group, the iLEAD executive education program offered events in both the United States and China. Students found themselves engaged everything from meetings with top business professionals to seminars with leading professors from Cornell University and CKGSB to provide a learning experience that bridged cultural, international, business, and academic elements.
Participants earned a Cornell – CKGSB – US China – Next Opportunity group joint Professional Masters Certificate at the same time.
ILEAD participants are now part of an unparalleled global business action network
